We are still alive! working our buns off in this new home of ours. We have ripped out the carpet, pulled up massive amounts of staples, spackled like crazy, sanded woodwork, re-varnished it all, taped it off and now we are beginning to paint. All of these activities required many trips to the nearby Home Depot in between work detail! :o)
We are so happy to be homemaking again. We figure by around September we may have a couch and a fresh room to enjoy! LOL .. I've taken 'before' photos and will be posting before and after pics as soon as we finish each room. *plus* Cody's college graduation will be Saturday so I should have a photo or two to share then as well! ((HUGS)) to all of our sailing friends - we miss you and think of you often!!
