Here's what is keeping us busy! A cute little house that needs a LOT of clean up and repair. But it's bones are good and it's adjacent to our property .. so we invested in it for a rental. Tad has done most of the handyman work while I have kept the home fires burning so to speak. :o)
We are waiting for the weather to warm before we paint the outside but the inside is cleaning up beautifully AND we already have renters waiting and anxious to move in.
