Seriously?? I took hardly any pics in September and I didn't blog at all!! Here's a rundown of our crazy, crazy, busy month!
Our snapdragons and zinnias that we grew from seed exploded, our Garden overflowed. We had corn, onions, cucumbers, purple beans, carrots, hot peppers and tomatoes coming out of our ears!! We canned salsa, Mexican tomatoes, Stewed tomatoes, sweet relish and jalapeno jam.
We found a local organic beef farm, bought a small freezer and bought our first quarter beef.
We found wood and ended up buying, loading, hauling and stacking about 10 cords total.
We attended a local garlic Festival (hot date)
Kids started back to school, with Lindsay now driving!
and during all of this we finished the pond re-do (pics to come)
*whew* It's been a wild ride into fall ~ keeping us very, very busy in a very good way! Busy bees getting stocked for winter coziness..
