Our garden is growing!! We have some cilantro, radishes and lots of colorful lettuce! We planted a variety mix of lettuce and it is suburb for making the most amazing salads. The radishes are crisp and hot, the cilantro explodes on your taste buds and reminds me of that fresh salsa that it seems is only made in Mexico. This is only the beginning! We have much more growing and maturing for our summer fresh meals - yum!
