We finally found some great new bikes to replace our folding ones that were sold with our boat. Lucky us, summer decided to stick around one more week and we were able to break these babies in by checking out the Yelm-Tenino trail here in WA State.
This trail was originally an old railroad track before being modified into a fantastic bike trail. 22 miles one way, we decided not to do the whole thing our first day out! LOL, we did however get 15 miles of trail under the tires and that was plenty.
There are miles and miles of trails in the PNW and our plan is to bike them all eventually .. after we invest in padded shorts *ouch*
