June 26, 2007 - Our Friends Misti, Layn and Garrett came to visit us here at Semiahmoo! The tide was out and we had so much fun finding sand dollars, crab remains and shells. The tide had been out for awhile and the sun had warmed the water so we all (except Tad) splashed around and played in the mud. Little fish darted around our feet and clams spit water up into the air. It was so much fun.
After the beach, we cleaned up and had a picnic on the boat. The boys surprised me with a birthday cake! Yummy! I haven't had cake in like... forever!! So it was a really great gift *smiles* We cannot wait for them to come back and visit us again!
