Still windy - Seeking shelter!

We heard about this great snorkeling area called Cabo Pulmo so we thought we would check it out for the day and then head back to Barrilas. Another 20 miles of dirt highway along the coast! Poor truck is sure getting a work out! We saw so much hurricane damage but in the middle of it all are these huge, elegant homes. Real estate development is booming all along the coastline.

We finally come to Cabo Pulmo and to our delight, we found a resort, a little battered and bruised from the hurricane but they had a suite for us that was truly delightful! Like a little house, it has this cute porch area with a hammock, a really neat dining room fixture (Tad calls it a phallic fixture, but I think it's a petrified dinasaur penis..LOL), an open thatched roof, a huge kitchen and the most amazing shower ever!
