Monday~ We left Ensenada, headed for the border but decided to try a different route through the valley towards Tecate. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. Guadalupe Valley was beautiful and there were signs for many wineries. We liked it better than our last trip to Napa! We may have to do a repeat and visit all the wineries here.
We stopped at a small winery called Cava De Don Juan and did some wine tasting. It was fabulous! We bought 2 bottles and headed to Tecate, where we crossed the border with no wait and no problems. On to San Diego!
