We left San Jose Del Cabo and headed to La Paz. It's getting too cold in the evenings to camp comfortably so our new hobby is finding inexpensive motels to stay in :o) .. We found the hotel Califia in La Paz and signed in for 2 nights at $35 per night.
The next morning (New Years Eve), we took out our folding bikes and went for a long, refreshing ride to the marina and back, stopping only for brunch at a waterfront cafe. It is good to be somewhere that is so bike friendly. We napped in the afternoon in anticipation for a late evening. At dinner time, we drove closer to the waterfront, then walked around looking for a good place to eat. We ended up re-visiting the waterfront cafe for dinner. The New Year arrived , we kissed under the stars in La Paz wishing each other a Happy New Year!
