The date palm oasis of San Ignatio was our next stop. We first stopped at a motel that wanted $96 for the night..we left and went directly to a place off the freeway called Rice & Beans where we could do our laundry in a tub in the shower and hang it out to dry without feeling too redneck. Did I write that someone wrote "redneck" on the side of the truck while we were in Cabo?? LOL.. we haven't washed the truck and with the sandy kayaks atop and the camping gear stuffed in the back, I guess the shoe kinda fits!Anyways, we walked around the town square, which took all of 5 minutes, saw the mission and had dinner at our dandy hotel "Rice & Beans" before turning in for the evening. Tomorrow (Thursday the 4th) we are headed to Guerreo Negro.
