We made it back to Washington and stopped in the State capitol, Olympia, to visit our friends Jerry, Isabel and Madeline. Tomorrow (Tad's birthday!) we will be going home to the boat. We took a brisk walk downtown and on the waterfront here in Olympia today. It is cold (brr) but the sun is shining which made for a nice transitional day back into NW weather.
We will be on the boat for a few day before going east to Omak to see the kids and do some business. It's nice to be home but I already miss my California family and friends...and of course, my Mexico.
