Half Moon Bay to Santa Cruz!

We docked in Half Moon Bay for 2 nights alongside of “Full Quiver” (Steve & Pam) also on their way to the Baja Ha-Ha. There were some fun things to see here... like this sign and kayak rentals all stacked up in a row:

Wednesday morning we left early for Santa Cruz. We had 20-25 knots with swells 7-0 feet. Again, a good downwind ride, taking about 8 hours.

Santa Cruz apparently has sailboat races on Wednesday nights. We are tied to an end dock right at the entrance and the boats are coming in one after the other…Crazies!! They are way to close to our boat for comfort..LOL.. Looks like they had a great time. We hit the Crow’s Nest Bar & Grill for dinner (fish tacos- YUM) ~ it was really good after a long day. Tomorrow morning we head for Monterey for a few days!
