We went through customs and boarded up onto our plane to head back home!
3... hours ... later ... still on the tarmac.
One of the engines won't fire up. So they send us back out to board a bus and spend the night in a nearby hotel.
After much chaos, we find the bus and our flight group. We anxiously wait to board the bus ..
but ... uh oh .. the bus is broke. *push*
Hot, tired and grumpy, we finally get onto a bus and to a hotel where we checked in successfully.
Here is our view from our room.
they fed us an amazing spread of food complete with bottles of wine. Afterward Tad and I discovered we were withing walking distance to the beach, so we headed out!!
Arriving just in time for a beautiful sunset!
Next day, we finally get into the air, headed home at last!
