Sept. 16 ~ We have had a few more engine hiccups. 0645 Shark! 0750 a little yellow bird sits on our lifeline for awhile, Patrick gets his camera and it flies away. I’m finally feeling a little better so I dig my camera out and take a few pics.
We had a west wind for a period of time. We hoisted the sails and found that the wench battery charge was low (subsequently found to be a blown fuse at the charger). Tad removed the air filter from the engine to try to diagnose the engine sputters. We need to stop and re-fuel & pick up some more engine air filters. I just want to touch land and feel a really hot shower on my back.
